At Core, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all when it comes to health and fitness. Every person
that comes to our facility brings their own experience level, needs, and goals. None of our
members are the same, so your workout program shouldn’t be either.
Whether it be Semi-Private or 1-on-1 Personal Training, Athlete Training or Wellness Coaching,
our programs are all individualized for you. Our team of certified coaches can help you reach

Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training blends the best of both 1-on-1 personal training and group classes.
1-on-1 Training
If you prefer having your own sessions with a coach, then 1-on-1 may be right for you.
Athlete Training
Increasing strength, speed, and agility is a critical component of improving performance on the field or court.
Wellness Coaching
It’s about establishing consistency both in and out of the gym when making a lasting change, and our wellness coaching can help you stay on track.
